复合促进剂对天然气水合物生成促进的实验研究

Experimental investigation on the promoting effects of composite promoting agents on natural gas hydrate formation

摘要: 天然气水合物具有特殊的物理化学性质,工业应用前景广阔。其生成速度与温度、压力及气液传质条件有关。通过实验研究了由表面活性剂与液态烃组成的复合促进剂对天然气水合物生成的影响,测量了不同复合促进剂组合下水合物生成温度、压力、诱导时间和生成速度。实验所用的表面活性剂有十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和2-辛基十二烷基硫酸钠(GC20S),液态烃添加剂为环戊烷(CP)和甲基环己烷(MCH)。结果发现,实验所用复合促进剂组合均能促进水合物生成,且GC20S+CP复合促进剂体系生成的Ⅱ型水合物条件最为温和,诱导时间最短;GC20S+MCH复合促进剂生成的H型水合物条件最为温和,诱导时间最短。

Abstract: Natural gas hydrates, with special physical and chemical characteristics, have a broad industrial application prospect, the formation rates of which are relevant to temperature, pressure and gas to liquid mass transfer conditions. An experiment on effects of composite promoting agents composed of surfactants and liquid hydrocarbons on hydrate formation was conducted and hydrate formation temperatures, pressures, induction times and rates with different composite promoting agent portfolios were measured. Surfactants used were sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) and 2octyl sodium dodecyl sulfate (GC20S), and liquid hydrocarbon additives utilized were cyclopentane (CP) and methyl cyclohexane (MCH). It appears that all these combinations of composite promoting agents can promote hydrate formation. Type II hydrate formation conditions with composite promoting agents composed of GC20S and CP are the mildest and the induction times are the shortest; type H hydrates formation conditions with composite promoting agents composed of GC20S and MCH are the mildest and the induction times are the shortest.
