气相密度对鼓泡床流体力学规律的影响

Influence of Gas Density on Hydrodynamics in a Bubble Column

摘要: 采用两种不同密度的气体,研究了气体密度对鼓泡床流体力学规律的影响。研究结果表明,气体密度增加会导致气泡直径减少,而且鼓泡床内的流体流型随着气体密度的变化也发生了变化。考虑到气体的密度差别,分析了鼓泡床内的能量平衡机理,并建立了可以预测气泡平均直径的模型公式。

Abstract: Two kinds of gases were used to investigate the influence of gas density on the hydrodynamic characteristics in a bubble column. It can be found that higher gas density leads to smaller bubble diameter and the flow patterns are different for the both gases. Energy balance mechanisms are analyzed considering the gas density difference. Models were developed to predict average bubble diameter with good accuracy.
