采用NiWS/γ-Al2O3 和PdRu /γ-Al2O3催化剂串联两段加氢改性C9石油树脂

Two-stage hydrogenation modification of C9 petroleum resin over NiWS/γ-Al2O3 and PdRu /γ-Al2O3 catalyst connected in series

摘要:  

加氢改性是制备高品质石油树脂的重要方法。通过两段NiWS/γ-Al2O3 和PdRu/γ-Al2O3催化剂加氢改性后可以得到无色透明的C9石油树脂。加氢改性后C9石油树脂的芳环转变为脂环,C9石油树脂的颜色从加德纳11号色转变为加德纳0号色。通过优化选择发现催化剂活性和稳定性最佳Ni/W原子比约为0.23,最佳Pd/Ru原子比约为3.80。TEM透射电镜结果显示优化后NiWS/γ-Al2O3 和PdRu/γ-Al2O3催化剂在加氢反应1024小时后催化剂的形貌和颗粒尺寸几乎未发生明显改变,表明了催化剂具有良好的稳定性。

Abstract: Hydrogenation modification is one of the most important ways to produce high-quality petroleum resin. The colorless C9 petroleum resin was obtained by two-stage catalytic hydrogenation over NiWS/γ-Al2O3 and PdRu/γ-Al2O3 catalyst in series. By hydrogenation reaction, aromatic rings in C9PR were converted to alicyclic rings, and its color was reduced from Gardner color of No.11 to Gardner color of No.0. The optimum Ni/ W atomic ratio was found close to 0.23, while the optimum Pd/Ru atomic ratio was close to 3.80. TEM results showed that the morphology and size of sulfide or metal particles of the two kinds of catalysts remained almost unchanged after the reaction in 1204 hours, accounting for their good catalytic stability.
