Effect of different aromatic fractions on the colloidal properties of Tahe atmospheric residue

摘要: 向塔河常压渣油中分别加入催化裂化油浆和减四线抽出油,采用质量分率电导率法和小角X射线散射技术研究了不同芳香性馏分油对塔河常压渣油胶体性质的影响。结果表明,加入两种馏分油后,体系的稳定性均呈下降趋势;组分极性上的差距是造成混合体系稳定性变化的主要原因。混合体系的胶体稳定性下降,体系中沥青质的分散状态发生变化,沥青质的胶粒尺寸增大。

Abstract: Different contents of FCC slurry oil and HVGO were incorporated to Tahe atmospheric residue. The colloidal stability and asphaltene agglomeration of formulated oils were evaluated by Mass fraction normalized conductivity and small-angle X-ray scattering technology(SAXS). The stability results indicated that the stability of Tahe atmospheric residue decreased when added two fractions. It was found that the difference in the polarity of components between fractions and residue contributed to the decline of the colloidal stability. The dispersion state of asphaltene in Tahe atmospheric residue was changed when added FCC slurry oil and HVGO. The particle size of asphaltene increased along with the decline of the colloidal stability.
