轻溶剂萃取精馏分离C9的汽液相平衡研究

Study on Vapor Liquid Equilibrium for C9 Separation by Extraction Distillation with light solvent as entrainer

摘要: 本文筛选出乙二醇乙醚(沸点134.85℃)作为均三甲苯(沸点164.75℃)和邻甲乙苯(沸点165.15℃)体系的轻组分萃取精馏溶剂,考察该萃取溶剂对均三甲苯和邻甲乙苯体系相平衡的影响。利用双循环Dvorak-Boublik汽液平衡(VLE)釜,对乙二醇乙醚+均三甲苯+邻甲乙苯体系中的各二元体系VLE数据进行了测定,并进行了热力学一致性检验,回归了NRTL模型二元参数。对该体系三元VLE数据进行了测定,用回归的NRTL模型二元参数对三元数据进行了预测,并与实验值进行了比较。结果表明:二元数据均通过了热力学一致性检验,NRTL模型适合于该体系,三元数据预测结果令人满意。乙二醇乙醚的加入对均三甲苯和邻甲乙苯的相对挥发度有较大影响,当溶剂/C9比为4时,均三甲苯和邻甲乙苯的相对挥发度从不加溶剂时的1.0125增加到1.283。

Abstract: In this work, ethylene glycol monomethylether (boiling point: 134.8 °C) was chosen as the extractive light solvent for the distillation system of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene (boiling point: 164.75 °C) and 1-methyl-2-ethylbenzene (boiling point: 165.18 °C) to investigate the influence of the solvent to vapor liquid equilibrium(VLE)of the system. The three sets binary VLE data in the system of EE + mesitylene + 1-methyl-2-ethylbenzene were measured using Dvorak-Boublik still. The binary parameters of NRTL model were correlated by likelihood method. The ternary VLE data of the system were measured as well and were predicted by using of the binary parameters of NRTL model. The results indicated that: the binary data passed the thermodynamic consistency tests, the difference between predicted ternary values and experiment data reached the general VLE data research standard. Addition of ethylene glycol monomethylether has great influence on the relative volatility between 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene and 1-methl-2-thyl-benzene: when the ratio of solvent is 4, the relative volatility between mesitylene and 1-methyl-2-ethylbenzene increased from 1.0125,without solvent addition, to 1.283.
